After a staggering 27 Day 1’s, which brought a total of 4,092 entries, the final table of Event #27: $5,000 MAIN EVENT Online Championship is set, with Brazil’s Edson “CrownUpTsu” Tsutsumi Jr. leading the pack.
Tsutsumi is one of two Brazilians at the final table, along with Renan “legal” Meneguetti. The pair are joined at the final table by Joe “assisup4rent” Serock who has two runner-up finishes in WSOP bracelet events and over $750,000 in WSOP cashes.
Espen “COVFEFE-19” Jorstad and Christine “Yunaa” Do are the only players at the final table who cashed in last year’s WSOP Online Main Event, with Serock the only player to have cashed in the WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas (2009 & 2011).
The final table resumes on September 11th at 17:00 GMT, with the winner walking away with over $2.5 million in prize money.
